Biography
John Cang is
a nature photographer and instructor based in San Jose, CA. He
enjoys photographing
wildlife, landscape, and other nature subjects throughout North America. While under
amateur photographer status his photography caught the attention of notable nature
photographer John Shaw, who included three of Cangs photographs in his book American
Vision: Images By The Best Of Todays Amateur Photographers.
Cang's publication credits include National

For the past several years, John has been photographing and documenting wildlife utilizing
various habitats surrounding San Francisco Bay, including tidal marshes and salt evaporation ponds.
John also travels throughout North America in pursuit of inspiring landscape,
wildlife, travel, and people images for his ever expanding stock photography
